Perfect For Our Needs, (What's this?) This pan is perfect for a variety of things. I am surprised at how often I reach for it. The only negative, if you want to call it that, is that it's lighter and thinner than my other pans. Considering it's size, I really can't call it a real negative for me. Very pleased.
